Michael is a perfect gentleman. His approach to presenting his product and explanation was to the point and honest. He tells you like it is, and no sugar coating. The windows were amazingly beautiful and the installation impeccable. His installer did an excellent job and took utmost care to cover up furniture and carpet and clean up at the end. It was a pleasure dealing with Michael and his crew. I would very highly recommend him, to anyone who wants to replace their windows.
