I recently purchased and had eight new windows installed by [Bayou City] Windows. Michael was a no pressure salesman, and he quoted a fair price for good quality middle/upper middle of the road windows. His crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in about 4-5 hours. During that time, they were all very courteous and cleaned up along the way. I’m really enjoying my new windows. I went from 1977 single pane windows to double pane low-e windows and I can definitely feel a difference. When the windows are closed, my townhouse feels more insulated from the outdoor elements and on beautiful nice days, it’s absolutely wonderful to be able to easily and smoothly open my windows and get that great cross wind action throughout. I also like how the windows modernize the appearance of my place, both from the inside and outside. I haven’t had any problems with the windows or the installation, but I am confident if any were to occur, it would be promptly taken care of to my satisfaction. Thanks Michael!
